The Law Office of W. K. Lally was founded by Bill Lally in 1972 in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville. Prior to starting his law career he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 24 years. Bill practiced on King Street until he moved the firm to the centrally located neighborhood of Arlington where he focused on family law, civil practice and estate planning. In 1977 Bill married Martha Lally and she worked with him as his paralegal for 26 years until she passed the Bar in 2003. Martha joined the firm and together they continued to serve the people of Arlington and greater Jacksonville until Bill’s passing in 2014. While the practice has since moved to St. Johns County, Martha continues to serve the people of Northeast Florida with a renewed focus on estate planning and probate law.

The Law Office of W. K. Lally provides competent, affordable legal services, helping people with their legal needs in preparing estate planning documents tailored to suit each client’s individual needs and in navigating the probate process.

I am committed to building and maintaining a lifetime relationship with each and every client based upon integrity, compassion and exceptional service.
